Jesmonite is an eco-resin. A 2 part - liquid and powder - which lives somewhere between plaster of paris and epoxy resin, yet cures within 30 minutes. This makes it the ideal material to try out casting for the first time. And it dyes beautifully.
In this 2 hour workshop, our instructor William Davis explained what it was, how to work with it safely and competently, and how to personalize it in a myriad of ways. With the help of our organizers Aisling & Liam, we walked attendees through the whole process as everyone tried it for themselves:
